Holy Communion
In Holy Communion, we gather around the table where Jesus is the host, and we are the guests. As we receive the bread and the cup, our faith is strengthened and we are empowered to be the bread of justice and the cup of compasion for our world.
We celebrate Holy Communion one Sunday each month.
Everyone - including children and adults - is invited to come forward to receive the bread and the cup. Gluten free bread is also available. We receive communion by "intinction" (by dipping our bread in the cup of grape juice.
